Lifestyle factors can prevent diabetes in older adults

A new study finds your lifestyle factors are direct correlated with your risk of developing diabetes. In a 10 year study of 4,883 people aged 65 and older, researchers analyzed the link between lifestyle and incidence of diabetes. The lifestyle factors examined included physical activity, dietary habits, tobacco and alcohol use, and amount of body fat.
