Excessive caffeine intake may cause headaches
Caffeine, previously known to aid in headache relief, might actually trigger them if consumed in large amounts. Those are the conclusions of a study of over 50,000 people who were probed about their caffeine consumption and frequency of headaches as part of the Nord-Trondelag Health Survey conducted in Norway between 1995-1997.
